Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Instrument
Carefully repack the guitar in its original shipping carton with all original protective packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
Affix Shipping Label
Securely attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the instrument to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
